How do I know which software is right for my business?
It depends on your revenue, the complexity of your operations, how many users you need, and whether you have international activity. QuickBooks Online handles most small businesses well. Xero shines for multi-currency or teams. NetSuite is for companies that have outgrown everything else. We'll tell you exactly what fits — for free — on a discovery call.
Can you migrate my existing data?
Yes. We handle data migrations from spreadsheets, Wave, FreshBooks, older QuickBooks versions, and most other platforms. We'll scope the migration, tell you what carries over cleanly and what doesn't, and execute it in a way that doesn't leave gaps in your historical records.
Will my team know how to use it after you're done?
Training is part of every setup engagement. We don't hand you a configured system and disappear. We walk your team through the workflows they'll use every day, and offer monthly support retainers for ongoing questions.
What if I already have software but it's set up wrong?
That's one of the most common situations we see. A chart of accounts cleanup and reconfiguration is a straightforward project. We scope it, give you a flat price, and fix it — usually within a week or two.
Do you work on ongoing software support after the initial setup?
Yes. We offer a $250/month support retainer for QBO and Xero clients who want someone available for questions, minor adjustments, and troubleshooting. NetSuite support is quoted separately based on scope.
