Build the financial
foundation. Get it right
from day one.

Launch blueprints, financial models, break-even analysis, and SBA prep for founders who want to build something that lasts — not just something that opens.

Scope note: Business strategy services cover the financial aspects of planning and operations. They do not include legal advice, tax preparation, licensed investment guidance, or entity formation services. Consult a licensed attorney for legal structure decisions.

FAQ

Common questions.

I haven't launched yet — where do I start?
Start with the Launch Blueprint. It forces you to think through your revenue model, your actual startup costs, and whether the numbers work before you commit real money. Most founders are surprised by what they find — either there's more runway than they thought, or there's a major cost they hadn't planned for. Either way, you're better off knowing.
Can you help me figure out if my business idea is viable?
Yes — that's exactly what a financial model is for. We build out the revenue assumptions, cost structure, and break-even point based on your specific business. We don't tell you whether your idea is good; we tell you whether the numbers work, and what would need to be true for them to work better.
I'm applying for an SBA loan. What do I actually need?
Lenders want to see at least 2–3 years of historical financials (if you have them), a 3-year financial projection, a clear use-of-funds statement, and a coherent narrative about the business. We prepare all of this in the format SBA-approved lenders expect — and we coordinate with your CPA for the tax returns they'll require.
Do you help with entity selection (LLC vs. S-Corp, etc.)?
We can walk through the financial implications of different entity structures — how they affect self-employment taxes, distributions, and financial reporting. But the legal decision of which entity to form requires a licensed attorney, and we'll always tell you when you've crossed into legal territory. We work well alongside business attorneys.
What if my business is already running but I've never had a real financial strategy?
That's the most common situation. The Business Health Audit is designed for exactly that — we review what you have, identify the gaps, and give you a prioritized list of what to fix. From there, you can choose to implement on your own or engage us for ongoing strategy support.
